The house project was developed for a family who bought a plot with a small vineyard in the southern region, with plans to develop wine tourism and build infrastructure. The owners' residential house was chosen as the first object for design. Initially, the customer already had house plans and drawings from a construction company, but during the conversation it was decided to start the project from scratch.
