Party flyers for UNTZIG techno events

MAcherry x UNTZIG

UNTZIG is an underground party series in Zürich dedicated to techno and electronic music. It creates an atmosphere of freedom and unity, bringing together lovers of deep and energetic sounds. The events take place in unique locations, featuring high-quality sound and great attention to detail.

MAcherry's task was to create a series of posters reflecting the signature style and color palette of UNTZIG, while emphasizing the unique theme of each event.

DUNNSTIG DANCE

Project duration: 5 days

Task: create a poster featuring a bee, as the event takes place at HIVE club. The design should incorporate the signature colors of UNTZIG and HERZRASEN.

The poster embraces a bold, neon aesthetic, with a glowing bee illustration as the focal point—symbolizing both the venue’s identity and the party’s electrifying energy. The background features a honeycomb-like pattern, reinforcing the hive concept.

The bee illustration was refined through multiple approval stages to ensure the perfect balance of style and concept.

TRANCIG

Project duration: 7 days

Task: capture the mood of trance music at the event and highlight the venue, Alte Kaserne club.
The poster centers around the Alte Kaserne building, with glowing green shapes flowing through it, symbolizing the energy of trance music and immersive atmosphere of the event. The background incorporates an aged texture, connecting with the venue’s historical character and adding depth to the design.

DU&ICH

Project duration: 4 days

Task: present the new resident GALOPP, who always brings a plastic pony to her sets. The event also offers a discount for those attending with a partner, as part of the "double tickets" promotion.

The poster features a hand and a pony’s hoof, symbolizing the connection of GALOPP with UNTZIG, as well as representing the "double tickets" offer and the event's name "DU&ICH". The background consists of abstract, flowing shapes, capturing the mood of trance music. The color palette incorporates the primary and secondary colors from UNTZIG's brand style, creating a playful atmosphere.

HÖHENRAUSCH

Project duration: 7 days

Task: Create a poster featuring mountains and snow, as the event takes place in the mountains of Davos.

The poster depicts the mountains and the northern lights in the signature color of UNTZIG to emphasize the brand's identity and connection to the event. The name of the party is rendered in 3D ice letters, adding a sense of frozen energy that resonates with the atmosphere of the event.

ULTRA UNTZIG

Project duration: 4 days

Task: create a poster for UNTZIG's main event

The poster showcases an intricate network of neon-lit structures, resembling synapses firing in rhythm with the music. Abstract elements symbolize the invisible bonds between people on the dance floor, united by sound and energy.
