Project Overview:
In collaboration with Swiss Pharm Cosmetics, I developed the packaging design for Neutrale laundry detergents. This brand is known for its hypoallergenic products free from fragrances, dyes, chlorine, and phosphates. The packaging design includes two product lines: the standard 3 kg laundry detergent and the Neutrale Baby detergent, specially formulated for children and those with sensitive skin.
Design Concept:
The primary objective was to create a clean, modern, and trustworthy look that communicates the hypoallergenic and eco-friendly qualities of the products. The design uses specific color schemes to distinguish between the product lines while maintaining a cohesive brand identity.
Neutrale Standard Detergent:
Color Scheme: The main background color is a soft blue, representing the neutral and gentle nature of the product.
Design Elements: The packaging features clear, bold typography and minimalistic graphics to highlight the product's 0% additives formula.
Neutrale Baby Detergent:
Color Scheme: A soft pink background differentiates the baby product from the standard one, emphasizing its gentle and safe formula for children.
Design Elements: The packaging includes playful and tender graphics, such as a cute bunny, to appeal to parents and convey a sense of safety and care for their little ones.
Brand Identity Development:
In 2016, I began my collaboration with Swiss Pharm Cosmetics by creating the brand identity for Neutrale. This involved developing a logo and visual guidelines that reflect the brand's commitment to purity, safety, and efficacy. The logo uses Pantone Reflex Blue, ensuring high visibility and recognition.
Current Market:
As of now, Neutrale laundry detergents are available in Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan. The successful launch and positive market reception are a testament to the effective design and strong brand identity.
Conclusion:
This project showcases the importance of cohesive branding and thoughtful design in creating packaging that not only attracts consumers but also communicates the product's core values.
