This is a series of photographs where I bring together flowers and elements of washing and laundry. I place what cannot be cleaned or restored into a context designed for renewal. A flower lives a brief but vivid life: it blooms, fades, and falls apart. We give flowers to those we love and watch them wither before our eyes. Through flowers, we express our feelings.
My project is called F:laundry. In it, I try to offer flowers a chance to be refreshed and cleansed — as if that could somehow help them. This gesture holds a tender metaphor: to treat relationships and emotions with the same care we might offer something fragile and alive. To give second chances — to ourselves and to others. To believe that freshness can be preserved, and hurt can be released.
