Yoga is balance between a strong body and a calm mind. At the core of the practice lies
a gentle, mindful attitude toward the body and the present moment. Hot yoga deepens this experience: sessions take place in rooms heated to 36–40°C with high humidity, creating the conditions for deep physical work, focus, and embodied presence.
The visual language is built around the metaphor of turbulent convection — the illusion
of shimmering caused by heat distortion in the air. This effect visually immerses the viewer in the atmosphere of the heated room: a melted image, pulsing warmth. I use
a color palette of red and violet — hues symbolizing heat, energy, and concentration.
