Every year, a Сucumber Festival is held in Suzdal, the cucumber capital of Russia. Traditionally, it takes place on the second or third Saturday of July on the territory of the Museum of Wooden Architecture during the cucumber harvest.

The goal is to reflect the children's delight from the holiday through a series of posters. Therefore, the labels were plastered over the happy faces of the visitors, as children sometimes glue their stickers on the forehead, cheeks and nose.
The metaphor is based on stickers on vegetables and fruits, as well as barcodes and price tags in vegetable shops.
