Overview
A Telegram mini app for ordering meat products, designed to support both retail and wholesale scenarios in one product flow. The main challenge was to turn complex business rules into a simple and understandable user experience within the constraints of a Telegram Mini App.
The product had to support volume-based pricing, mixed product types, different measurement units, multiple delivery options, and both in-stock and on-request items, without overloading the interface.

Process
I started by building the product structure: defining screens, mapping user flows, and validating key logic points such as pricing tiers, delivery behavior, and order states.

The MVP flow included a catalog, category pages, product details, a cart, checkout, order confirmation, an orders list, order details, and a separate request flow for large wholesale orders.

Visual Approach
The visual direction was intentionally kept clean and functional. Instead of realistic animal photography, I used illustrated category icons aligned with the brand’s style to make the experience feel more neutral and consistent.

Result
The result is a fully designed Telegram Mini App with clear product logic, a scalable structure, and a design system ready for implementation.
