“KHVOYA” (Pine needle) — is a medium-storey residential building complex that will be built on the border of city and nature, twenty-minute drive from the historic centre of Krasnoyarsk (Siberia) and five-minute walk to the coniferous forest and hiking trails of the nearest eco-park. The territory’s topography allowed to create complex terraced landscaping. For the comfort of residents, the terraces are combined with pedestrian slopes, ramps and stairs. The combination of brick cladding of different colors with glass surfaces of windows and balconies emphasize the inpidual character of the object's architecture.
