Trial development of characters for an interactive book about a girl named Ann and her teeth.
Ann is a happy little girl who lives with her mother, father, and younger brother in a small house.
Anna has a dream one day. She ends herself in the country with her teeth, who are upset because they have been attacked by the terrible Caries. Anya battles the invader and frees her teeth with the help of her beloved companions - toothbrushes and pastes.)
I had the girl character completely figured out. I illustrated her emotions as well as several stances and perspectives from various angles. I also drew rough sketches of the rest of the book's characters. And I made an example of one of the spreads in color.
On the last slide, you can see the several alternatives for the girl's character, from which I choose Ann.)
