S+PK (Sepanen + Kollektiv) is an architecture studio built on a simple rebellion: against disposable design, against trend-chasing, against architecture that expires.
Founded by Finnish architect Aino Sepanen and operating across 8 countries—from Amsterdam to Kathmandu—S+PK creates spaces designed for multi-generational living. They specify materials that improve with age, design proportions that never date, and build structures meant to become tomorrow's heritage.
Their philosophy: architecture should be inherited, not demolished.
A visual system built on the same principles S+PK applies to architecture—endurance through restraint, warmth through materiality, identity through substance.
S+PK. Simple, confident, unapologetic. The '+' symbol anchors everything—representing collaboration, addition, and the cumulative value of thoughtful design over time.
