Eng: The most frequently occurring charms in balangandãs were modeled by me in 3D using Blender and then fabricated in resin via a 3D printer. Once printed, I painted them to mimic a metallic finish and hung them on the spine of the book. These charms, along with other beads, are featured in Chapter 3, where I explore their individual meanings and analyze how often they appear.

Eng: Every component of the balangandãs — ranging from the fastener to the individual charms — played a role in shaping the wearer's personal history. Rendered in various media, these ornaments became emblematic of their period and stand as markers of Brazilian cultural identity.
Rus: Каждая деталь балангандана: от карабина до шармов, формировала личную историю владельца. Запечатленные в разных материалах, украшения стали символом эпохи и маркером бразильской культуры.
Eng: The amulet analysis chapter unfolds as spreads pairing each ornament with its data: material composition, cross-linked references for every charm, a bar chart of symbolic frequencies, and a final conclusion. Through its movement, the bar chart itself becomes a kind of amulet — its bars like beads — shifting from spread to spread.
Rus: Глава, посвященная анализу амулетов, представляет собой развороты с украшением и статистикой: состав амулета, сквозная навигация к страницам с другим контекстом для каждого шарма, диаграмма-статистика смыслов балангандана и общий вывод после анализа. Столбчатая диаграмма динамикой своих изменений создаёт словно амулет-украшение, столбцы которого — бусины. И они двигаются от разворота к разворота.
