Маркетплейс — важнейший медиум, изменивший привычки потребления. 

Оzon Bank — самодостаточный бренд со своей собственной коммуникационной матрицей, семейством суббрендов и атрибутами фирменного стиля внутри глобального бренда OZON, 

Он имеет тесную связь с маркетплейсом на уровне визуальной коммуникации: пластичные мягкие формы, отсылающие к комфорту и уюту — удобство «покупок на диване», и активную цветовую палитру.  Вместе с тем, при создании айдентики для этого продукта одной из ключевых стояла задача «сепарировать» идеологически банк от маркетплейса, наделив его большей «серьезностью», надежностью и узнаваемыми элементами коммуникации на территории финансового сектора.
