How did the idea come about
Even at an early age, I liked to observe various physical phenomena, especially those related to electricity. Therefore, the biography and writings of the great Nikola Tesla have always interested me. The inventor is of Serbian origin. The lightning Lord. Over the years of his activity, he has received more than 300 patents and developed AC motors.
Search for content. Sketch
The first stage of the work was the search for content. I immersed myself in the study of articles with a biography of Tesla, as well as all kinds of photos of those years.
Having selected the necessary material, it's time to develop the structure and sketch. I wanted to create not just a website with clippings from life, but a full-fledged longrid with a consistent chronology of events.
The structure consists of chapters, each of which relates to a certain period of life. The sketch has undergone many adjustments. I had to squeeze out the maximum of water and reduce it by almost 2 times.
Design concept
This is the most difficult stage. The picture didn't add up right away. I wanted something unique. Therefore, more than one concept was created. From brutal minimalism to rich details. Finally, I came to the final version, which suited me and was liked by my colleagues. After a high-quality study, the animation for the Tilda was thought out, in which the case was assembled later.

What I got from the project
This is my first experience with longrid. There was a lot of material that needed to be packed properly. The result, in my opinion, turned out to be successful.
