GS Group has been in Russia's real estate market for a while, building high-quality boutique projects. As they grew, they needed to systematize their team's principles and approaches to establish a unified and recognizable image for clients.




Strategy
During our strategic planning, we came up with a positioning where the company does more than just build modern homes; it creates spaces for collaboration, uniting talented people to achieve great things together. The emphasis on emotions and the brand experience goes beyond the company's functional benefits.

The company offers a new way of living, centered around three principles:

We have rethought our brand and come up with a simple idea - Uklad does everything for people, taking into account their comfort and happiness. In our identity, we used the idea of Le Corbusier, who created a calculation system called the "Modulor", where buildings and objects depend on the dimensions of a person. Our new logo references classic design and creates a graceful image that reflects our philosophy.







Our eyes and brains appreciate order. A prominent grid in the design emphasizes this order and makes any medium more noticeable. Dynamic repetitions create a subtle allusion to growth and construction.


To conclude, the crafted illustrations add inpiduality to the communication, making it more vibrant and precise. They adhere to an expressive style, reminiscent of the human figure in Le Corbusier's 'Modulor'

During the project, there need to develop branded merchandise
and souvenir products.
