We conducted an analytical workshop to define the core idea. We developed the name, logo, corporate identity, and communication design. We also created a style guideline and brand book.

The branding project focused on a residential complex. The client provided a name that set the tone for the entire project and perfectly aligned with the goal of designing an aesthetic for quality real estate. The primary audience consists of modern traditionalists who value family and a conservative lifestyle. For the visual and verbal elements, we embraced classic design, updated for current trends. This includes a warm, noticeable red hue paired with fresh contrasting accents, heartfelt slogans, realistic facade renderings, and inviting scenes from daily life in the complex.
