Branding a coffee chain in the hospitality industry. The client wanted a brand centered around quirky characters with their own stories, seasoned with a good dose of humor. Creating the characters was as fascinating as the characters themselves. We developed a brand concept where illustrated heroes with unique personalities and quirks tell their tales. They're caricatured and textured, not trying to please but simply sharing their stories. The drinks might be sweet, but the characters aren't. This is how the brand came to life—surprising, inspiring, with English fairy tale vibes and a touch of self-irony.
